Delivery and payment

Ordered products are delivered nationwide, orders after 14:00h are processed the next day using courier companies Econt or Speedy.

Your parcel will be delivered within 3 working days.

Price of delivery to Bulgaria with Econt:

• To office of Econt/Speedy: 7.00 BGN
• To address with Econt/Speedy: 7.00 BGN
• For shipments over 5 kg or those with a large volume, an employee of eRider.bg will contact you.

Products are sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging and are insured until receipt.
In case of return of goods or return via Extra Warranty, the cost of transportation is not refundable.
At the customer's request, the courier can open the shipment to inspect the order.
